Welcome to the Stepping Stone School located at 1710 Richcreek in North Central Austin. We are nestled securely inside the Crestview neighborhood and have operated as a Stepping Stone School since 1979 when owner, Rhonda Paver began her first school at this campus. The campus is small and intimate and favored by many of the young families who have provided for the rebirth of the Crestview and Brentwood neighborhoods. The parents who choose this school love getting to know the other families with children enrolled. It is a close-knit community that warmly welcomes new families and children.
The atrium provides a place for our enrichment programs or family gatherings. We educate and care for children between the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years old. This school is conveniently located between Burnet Road and North Lamar close to 183 and Mopac. Anderson Lane and the Northcross Shopping Center are close by and provide any and all services a young family may need.
Two playgrounds are filled with age-appropriate outdoor activities and safely tucked behind the school, securely surrounded by privacy fences on all sides. Large trees provide natural shade. We pick children up from the following local elementary schools for after-school care: Brentwood and.
